Ford Motor Company just gave a twist to the good old seatbelt and we highly approve. The automobile giants yesterday unveiled the auto industry's first-ever inflatable seat belt that aims to provide additional safety to rear-seat occupants, like children or older passengers.

The drama with General Motors continue. Unless you are living under rock, you would be aware that GM had declared bankruptcy and have been thus entangled in a number of legal issues. The company was also handed out $30B of taxpayer’s money for bailout/ But according to an 8-K form filed today with the SEC, GM now has only $13.6B remaining in that account! Sometimes I wonder what would it be like to be filthy rich and not worry about issues like mortgage, recession or college funds. We all may covet super luxurious cars but unfortunately a few of us actually get to experience them. OnStar's Stolen Vehicle Slowdown (SVS) service recently recovered a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe that was carjacked at gunpoint from a user in Visalia, California. Interestingly, this was the first time SVS has been activated and as you can see, it worked quite well.
